Job Description

We are hiring for the Agency Channel at Health Insurance. The role involves recruiting, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors to generate life insurance business and achieve sales targets. This aligns with Agency Channel responsibilities of building and supporting an advisor network. 


Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.

Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve business targets.

Drive life insurance sales through the agency channel.

Conduct joint field visits with advisors to generate business.
