• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and provide professional assistance.
• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, service reminders, feedback, and appointments.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and resolve their basic queries.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Conduct customer satisfaction and feedback calls.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
• Escalate customer complaints or important issues to the concerned senior.
• EligibilityEducation: 12th Pass or Above.
• Experience: Calling / Telecalling / Customer Care experience preferred.
• Computer Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi communication is essential; basic English communication will be an advantage.
• Fresher candidates with good communication skills may also be considered.
