Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Expand the dealer and distributor network across the assigned territory.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets for EV products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess dealer performance and sales activities.
- Ensure proper product promotion, brand visibility, and market penetration.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, deliveries, and customer support.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
- Ensure achievement of sales volume, revenue, and dealer activation targets.
