Job Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
  • Explain property details and answer basic customer queries.
  • Qualify interested customers and schedule site visits for the sales team.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
  • Update call outcomes and customer details in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Achieve daily call and monthly lead conversion targets.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (Freshers are welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (local language is an added advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
