📌 Job Profile
Our company conducts a Stock Market & Financial Literacy Program for students.
🔹 Company will provide hot leads from students who have filled out the program form.
🔹 Call and counsel students about the program.
🔹 Explain the program and guide interested students.
🔹 Assist customers with Demat Account Opening & KYC.
🔹 Follow up with leads and achieve daily/monthly targets.
💰 Salary & Incentives
💵 Fixed Salary: ₹16,000/month
🏆 Performance Bonus: ₹4,000 on achieving both monthly targets
🎁 Daily Instant Cash Prize: Up to ₹500/day
🕐 Working Hours
⏰ 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
🍱 Lunch Break: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
☕ Tea Break: 5:00 PM – 5:20 PM
📞 Call Duration Requirement
✅ 4+ Hours: Full Day
⚠️ Below 4 Hours: Half Day
❌ Below 2:30 Hours: Full Day Leave
💻 Requirements
💻 Candidate must carry their own Laptop.
📱 Smartphone required.
📞 SIM Card for official calling will be provided by the company.

• 5 leaves allowed
• Leaves above 5 – salary deduction applicable
