Job Title: Team Leader – Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader – Operations to manage day-to-day operations, lead a team, monitor performance, and ensure smooth and efficient workflow. The candidate will be responsible for achieving operational targets, maintaining quality standards, resolving issues, and supporting team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team.
• Manage daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Track productivity, quality, attendance, and overall team performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Train and guide new and existing team members.
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Handle customer or internal escalations and resolve them effectively.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Support management in implementing new processes and operational strategies.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass, Diploma or Graduate degree in any discipline preferred.
• 0–5 years of experience in operations, team handling, or a related field.
• Prior experience in team management or leadership is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
