Job Description

  • Inventory Management: Oversee daily stock levels, conduct periodic audits, ensure proper storage, and monitor fast-moving items for replenishment.
  • Documentation: Handle Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Material Issue Slips, stock ledgers, consumption reports, and material code entries.
  • Coordination: Liaise with procurement, purchase, and site teams for material delivery and requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on material inflow, outflow, and stock balances.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise store for smooth operations.
