🎯 Key Responsibilities
👥 Recruit & Manage Agency Partners: Identify, onboard, and develop new agency partners.
📈 Business Growth: Drive sales and revenue through the agency network.
🤝 Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and clients.
🎓 Training & Development: Train, guide, and motivate agency partners to achieve business targets.
🎯 Target Achievement: Ensure monthly and quarterly business targets are consistently achieved.
📊 Performance Monitoring: Track agency performance and implement strategies for improvement.
🔍 Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network.
🏆 Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the team to deliver strong business performance.
📋 Reporting: Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
