Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Handle billing and maintain sales records.
  • Ensure proper display and cleanliness of jewellery at the counter.
  • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues politely.
  • Support stock management (receiving, arranging, and counting items).
