Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, appoint and develop distributors and wholesalers within the assigned territory.
• Generate primary and secondary sales through the appointed channel partners.
• Expand market coverage by developing new territories, markets and retail outlets.
• Maintain regular business with existing distributors and ensure their productivity.
• Drive distribution and sales of Cristal Waves Packaged Drinking Water and Sahooji CSD, Juice & Goli Soda.
• Monitor distributor stock, sales movement, market coverage and outstanding payments.
• Conduct regular market visits and develop strong retailer/channel relationships.
• Implement company pricing, schemes, promotions and sales strategies in the market.
• Track competitor activity, pricing and market developments and report relevant insights.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and adherence to approved credit terms.
• Submit regular sales, market visit, distributor and collection reports.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Sales preferred
• Experience in beverages, packaged drinking water, CSD, juice or related FMCG categories will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to acquire and develop channel partners.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with extensive field work.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Basic proficiency in mobile-based sales reporting and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
