Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored life insurance solutions.
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling life insurance products to meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to maintain expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in agency channel sales or similar role
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
