Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to manage the complete recruitment process, understand client hiring requirements, source suitable candidates, and coordinate interviews. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates while achieving recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze client job requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary, joining dates, and other employment-related terms.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Generate new clients and business opportunities when required.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding and joining process for selected candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring requirements.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in any discipline preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or consultancy is preferred.
• Experience with job portals and candidate sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment software/ATS.
