Planning Engineer

Hiring: Planning Engineer – UCPL

📍 Location: Burla, Sambalpur, Odisha (Head Office)

UCPL, a company excelling for the last 30 years, is looking for a skilled and dedicated Planning Engineer to join our Head Office team at Burla, Sambalpur.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare project schedules, work programmes, and progress reports.

- Monitor project progress and coordinate with site engineers.

- Prepare, compile, and submit tenders within stipulated deadlines.

- Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications.

- Handle quantity calculations, measurements, and billing for assigned work items.

- Prepare and verify Running Account (RA) bills and coordinate with site teams for supporting documents.

- Prepare and coordinate final bills, including quantity reconciliation and documentation.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams for bill certification and resolution of discrepancies.

- Maintain proper records of tenders, measurements, bills, and project progress.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Experience in planning, tendering, and billing will be preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project will be an advantage.

- Good analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
