Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Operations Executive to join our home services team.
Our business connects customers with reliable home service professionals, and we are looking for someone who can efficiently manage day-to-day operations, customer leads, and our service partner network.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on incoming leads through calling and other channels.
Convert leads into confirmed service bookings.
Coordinate and manage service partners.
Ensure timely allocation and completion of customer requests.
Maintain regular communication with customers and partners.
Track operations, follow-ups, and daily performance.
Resolve operational issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Ideal candidate: Someone with strong communication and calling skills, good follow-up ability, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple customers and partners efficiently.
