Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Marketing Executive to develop patient referrals and generate admissions for our Neuro Rehabilitation Centre.

The candidate will be responsible for building professional relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, physiotherapists, diagnostic centres, nursing homes, patient attendants and other healthcare referral sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified patient leads for Neuro Rehabilitation services.
• Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors and healthcare professionals regularly.
• Develop and maintain referral networks.
• Explain our Neuro Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy and Patient Care services to patients and families.
• Follow up with prospective patients and their attendants.
• Coordinate patient enquiries, counselling and admission requirements.
• Conduct local marketing activities and healthcare awareness campaigns.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead records and follow-up status.
• Achieve monthly patient sourcing and admission targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing referral partners.
• Coordinate with the centre's admission and patient-care team.
• Candidate ProfileGraduate preferred; candidates with healthcare/marketing experience will be preferred.

Experience

in hospital marketing, healthcare sales, patient counselling, medical representative, physiotherapy or rehabilitation marketing is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
