HR Recruiter

Modern Travels is hiring an HR Recruiter to manage recruitment and support daily HR activities at its Bhubaneswar office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment for drivers, office staff and other positions as per company requirements.

• Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies and source candidates through job portals, referrals and local networks.

• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with management.

• Communicate approved employment terms and follow up with selected candidates until joining.

• Coordinate reference checks, document verification, joining formalities and employee onboarding.

• Maintain recruitment reports, employee files, attendance and leave records.

• Communicate company policies and assist with employee queries and concerns.

• Coordinate with management on staffing needs and employee retention.

• Maintain confidentiality of candidate, employee and company information.

• Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by management as per company requirements.
