Job Description

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000
  • Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site and field support for computer hardware, networks, and IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  • Specialize in the maintenance, diagnosis, and servicing of printer engineering systems (specifically LaserJet and InkJet printers).
  • Configure, manage, and secure local area networks (LAN/WAN), routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
  • Diagnose hardware failures, replace faulty components, and perform system upgrades.
  • Handle service calls efficiently across designated locations using personal transport.
  • Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Graduation degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Certification: Certified in Computer Hardware & Networking.
  • Technical Specialization: Specialized expertise in Printer Engineering (LaserJet, InkJet models).
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in field support and hardware maintenance.
  • Requirements & Mandatory CriteriaField Mobility: Must possess a personal two-wheeler along with a valid Driving License (DL) or Learner's License (LL).
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and readiness for field-based technical operations.
