Job Description
Partner & Channel Recruitment: Identify, pitch to, and onboard potential entrepreneurs, agents, or business associates to expand the organization’s distribution network.
Business Development & Sales: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving sales strategies through your network of onboarding partners.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members, clients, and key channel partners to ensure long-term retention.
Training & Mentorship: Guide new hires and business associates through product offerings, sales processes, compliance, and field execution.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics of your agency network and implement corrective actions to boost productivity.
