Core Driving & Delivery Operations

• Safe Operation: Safely drive both the EV auto (for lighter, local deliveries) and the Bolero Pickup (for heavier, bulky materials) to designated work sites.
• Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while minimizing fuel consumption and preserving the EV’s battery range.
• Traffic & Site Compliance: Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and specific speed limits or safety protocols required at the construction or delivery sites.

Material Handling & Site Coordination

• Cargo Security: Supervise loading and unloading, ensuring that all materials are properly secured with tie-downs, ropes, or tarps (especially in the open-bed Bolero) to prevent shifting or damage.
• Load Management: Ensure neither vehicle exceeds its maximum payload capacity, distributing weight evenly to maintain vehicle stability.
• Delivery Verification: Cross-check loaded materials against delivery challans or invoices, hand over materials accurately at the site, and collect authorized signatures for proof of delivery.

Vehicle-Specific Maintenance

• EV Auto Management: Monitor the battery charge daily, plug the vehicle in at the end of the shift, and report any charging issues or drop in battery performance immediately.
• Bolero Pickup Care: Perform routine mechanical checks, including monitoring engine oil, coolant levels, fuel levels, and tire pressure.
• Daily Inspections: Conduct standard pre-trip and post-trip visual inspections for both vehicles, keeping the cabins and cargo areas clean and free of debris.

Administrative & Safety Duties

• Logbook Maintenance: Maintain an accurate daily log detailing trips taken, kilometers driven, delivery locations, and fueling/charging schedules.
• Incident Reporting: Immediately report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, near-misses, or delays to the logistics supervisor.
• Documentation Tracking: Ensure personal driving licenses are valid and verify that vehicle documents (insurance, registration, fitness, and pollution certificates) are present in the vehicles.
