1. Job SummaryGuidex Elevator Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, result-oriented, and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to manage the company's online presence, improve search engine rankings, execute digital marketing campaigns, and generate quality leads for elevator sales and services.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Optimize the company website to improve Google search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
• Create SEO-friendly website content, blogs, and landing pages.
• Monitor website traffic and keyword performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

B. Social Media Management

• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging posts, reels, banners, and promotional content.
• Develop and implement a monthly social media content calendar.
• Promote company projects, products, services, and customer testimonials.
• Improve brand awareness, audience engagement, and online visibility.

C. Digital Advertising & Online Campaigns

• Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Create campaign content, landing pages, and promotional creatives.
• Track campaign performance, cost per lead, and return on advertising spend.

D. Lead Generation

• Generate quality leads from digital channels for elevator installation, modernization, and maintenance services.
• Target builders, architects, contractors, real estate developers, hospitals, commercial establishments, and individual customers.
• Develop lead-generation campaigns through Google, social media, and other relevant online platforms.
• Maintain a record of digital leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
• Analyze lead quality and improve campaigns to achieve sales targets.

E. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Track website traffic, search rankings, social media growth, leads, and conversions.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Monitor competitors' online activities and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Practical knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, and content creation.
• Good written communication and content-writing skills.
• Analytical thinking, creativity, and a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• 4. ExperiencePreferred: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Freshers with practical knowledge, relevant certifications, or a strong portfolio may also apply.

• Office Timing: 9.30 AM to 6:30 PM
