Job Description

A Real Estate Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) oversees the entire client lifecycle. They manage client relationships from lead generation and property viewing to post-sales support and handover. This role focuses on optimizing CRM software, maintaining client data, and coordinating between sales, legal, and finance departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Management: Nurture prospective buyers, handle inquiries, and track interactions using Real Estate CRM Software.

Sales & Documentation: Assist clients with property visits, bookings, payment collections, and legal documentation.

Customer Retention: Resolve complaints, maintain strong buyer networks, and collect feedback to improve the customer journey.

Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with legal, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless property possession and after-sales service
