Overview of the Role

The Center Manager at Exospace is responsible for the overall success and operations of the workspace centre. This includes managing the Profit & Loss (P&L), building and growing the community, organizing events, ensuring superior client engagement, and leading the professional development of the facility teams to guarantee timely service delivery and maximum client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations and Financial Management

●       Run the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring strict adherence to all standard protocols and operational efficiencies.

●       Manage centre revenue and P&L (Profit & Loss), focusing on cost management and financial performance.

●       Ensure full compliance with Challan, Invoices, & Payment processes.

●       Oversee Facilities Management, ensuring the continuous upkeep, maintenance, and presentation of the centre.

●       Manage Vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with all purchase-to-pay processes.

2. Community Building and Growth

●       Build and expand the community by actively fostering a vibrant and collaborative environment.

●       Organize and execute events to drive community engagement, networking, and member interaction.

●       Establish and nurture hyper-local alliances and partnerships to enrich the member experience and grow the community brand.

●       Build and maintain strong Relationship Management with all community members, clients, and vendors.

3. Client Satisfaction and Retention

●       Ensure high Client Satisfaction and service delivery standards are met consistently.

●       Drive maximum renewals and maintain above-target CSAT scores.

●       Actively foster brand ambassadorship within the client base.

4. Team Development and Leadership

●       Provide focused guided practice and coaching to subordinates and facility teams.

●       Directly manage the training and development of the facility teams to enhance service quality.

●       Focus on personal development and readiness for future leadership roles within Exospace.

Strong interpersonal and

communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain robust

relationships with clients, members, and vendors.

Operations Management

Direct experience in

running and managing the operations of a workspace, co-working centre, or

similar hospitality/service-oriented environment.

Cost & Revenue

Management

Demonstrated understanding

of financial principles, P&L management, and the ability to effectively

manage both revenue generation and expense control.

Event Planning

Proven ability to organize,

market, and execute engaging professional and social events.
