Center Manager

Oversee the business development and achieve monthly admission,daily operations of the center, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.

Meet with prospective parents, give them tours of the center, and answer any questions they may have and help them take admissions.

Work closely with the center owner, coordinations with admissions team of franchisor to ensure that enrollment goals are met

Manage a team of educators, providing support, guidance, and feedback as needed.

Implement our lesson plans designed as per curriculum

Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, and communicate regularly about their child's progress.

Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records at portal.

Ensure that the center is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.

Responsible for profitability and smooth operation of center. 

 Requirements: 

At least 3/5 years of experience in a leadership role,presentable, go getter, dynamic,target oriented.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of local language and area is required.
