Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically sound *Service Advisor* to join our Service Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding vehicle/service requirements, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers and understand their vehicle/service requirements.

* Prepare accurate *Job Cards* based on customer complaints and vehicle condition.

* Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection, diagnosis, repair and servicing.

* Explain repair requirements, estimated costs and service timelines to customers.

* Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status.

* Coordinate with the spare parts and service teams for timely repairs.

* Conduct vehicle inspection before delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Handle service-related complaints and resolve customer concerns professionally.

* Maintain proper records of job cards, service history, billing and vehicle delivery.

* Follow up with customers after service and promote periodic maintenance.

* Support warranty claims and related documentation.

* Achieve customer satisfaction and service department targets.

* Ensure compliance with company service processes and safety standards.

Requirements

* Graduate/Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

* 2-6 years of experience as a Service Advisor preferably in automobile or EV industry.

* Good knowledge of automobile/EV service processes.

* Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and service management systems.

* Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and other departments.

* Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.

* Candidates with experience in EV, electric scooters, electric vehicles or automobile dealerships will be preferred.
