Job Summary

Surebuy Store is looking for an experienced and motivated Automobile Sales Executive to join its used-car dealership team in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, explaining vehicle details, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and converting inquiries into vehicle sales.

Candidates with experience in automobile dealership, used-car sales, B2C sales, or retail sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in and online customer inquiries for used cars.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicles.
• Explain vehicle specifications, pricing, features, and available options.
• Generate leads through customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicle visits and test drives.
• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the dealership team for documentation and delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales records.
• Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience in an automobile dealership is preferred.
• 12th Pass or above.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a dealership/showroom environment.
