Accounts Manager – Job Description
Experience: 5–9 Years
Location: Bhubaneswar
Department: Finance & Accounts
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with strong knowledge of end-to-end accounting and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete Accounting, AP, AR & GL operations.
Handle day-to-day accounting, journal entries, invoicing, billing and ledger maintenance.
Manage Bank, Vendor & Customer Reconciliation.
Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
Handle GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Manage accounts payable, receivables, collections and payments.
Conduct month-end/year-end closing and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors and customers.
Monitor expenses, outstanding payments, cash flow and financial records.
Ensure proper documentation, internal controls and accounting accuracy.
Handle audit requirements and management reporting.
Proficiency in Tally/SAP/ERP and MS Excel is required.
