Media Tech Temple is hiring dedicated and confident Tele-Callers Work From Home to join our growing team. Your primary role will be to make outbound calls to customers and collect feedback regarding TVS services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound feedback calls to customers
- Record and report customer feedback accurately
- Maintain call quality and professionalism during interactions
- Ensure daily targets are met
Requirements
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with using calling tools
Must be able to provide the following documents
- Aadhar Card
- PAN Card
- 1 Passport-sized Photo
Additional Details
Training 3 days of online instruction UNPAID After successful completion an offer letter will be sent to your email
You cannot use your personal phone for calls A dedicated tool will be provided
Access to your system will be required for installation
