Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

- Fuel / Travel Allowance: Extra, as per company/industry standards

About the Position

BS TUNE is looking for energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to expand our products and services across India.

The selected candidates will be responsible for developing the assigned territory, building strong dealer/distributor and customer networks, promoting BS TUNE products and services, generating new business opportunities and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the market in the assigned territory.

- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, retailers and potential business partners.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.

- Generate new leads and convert them into business.

- Promote BS TUNE products and services in the local market.

- Conduct regular market visits and follow-ups.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Provide regular market and sales updates to the management.

- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.

- Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: +2 / Any Graduate

- Experience: 1–3 years in Sales / Business Development

- Experience in musical instruments, audio products, electronics, consumer products, retail or distribution will be preferred.

- Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.

- Must know the local language of the assigned state/territory.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.

- Knowledge of local dealers, retailers and market networks will be an added advantage.

- Candidates with their own two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
