Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive in Banking & Finance / NBFC

Job Summary:

We are seeking a sales executive person who have a experienced and motivated professionals with a background in Banking, Financial Services, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial products, customer relationship management, loan processing, compliance, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Manage and process banking and NBFC financial operations efficiently.

2)Handle loan process, knowledge credit assessment, documentation, knowledge in Insurance sector i.e. Health insurance, life insurance, and also know about disbursement processes.

3)Maintain customer relationships and provide financial advisory support.

4)Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.

5)Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and operational documentation.

6)Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth business operations.

7)Monitor portfolio performance and support collection and recovery activities when required.

8)Identify opportunities for business growth and customer acquisition.

Required Qualifications:

Class 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

1)06 months of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or NBFC sectors.

2)Strong understanding of loan products, financial services, and regulatory compliance.

3)Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

4)Proficiency in MS Office and financial software/applications.

Preferred Skills:

1)Experience in retail lending, credit operations, or financial analysis.

2)Knowledge of RBI regulations and NBFC operational procedures.

3)Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.

4)Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience Required:

Minimum 06 Months of experience in Banking, Finance, or NBFC industry.
