Facility Soft Services Manager – Job Description

Department: Operations / Facility Management

Location: sambalpur, jharsaguda - odissa

Experience: 7–10 years in Facility Management / Soft Services

Key Responsibilities

• soft services operations at client sites.
• Supervise housekeeping, pantry, pest control, landscaping and other soft services.
• Manage manpower deployment, attendance, shifts and productivity.
• Ensure service quality and compliance with client requirements and SOPs.
• Handle client coordination and resolve operational issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor manpower requirements, consumables and material usage.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Train and guide supervisors and frontline staff.
• Monitor service performance and take necessary improvement measures.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Procurement and other internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and statutory requirements.
• Handle client feedback, complaints and service escalations.
• Support cost control and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure smooth execution of all soft service activities as per contract/SOW.
