Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call prospective customers and explain the product’s features and benefits.
  • Understand customer needs, answer basic queries, and schedule product demos.
  • Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
  • Work towards calling, demo booking, and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Confidence in speaking with customers and handling objections.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Previous telesales or customer-facing experience preferred. Confident freshers are welcome.
