Job Description
Digital Solutions is hiring Telesales Executives for its telecalling process associated with Blinkit and Swiggy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.
- Explain the process clearly and assist customers with registration/onboarding.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful registrations.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain regular updates of calls, leads and conversions in the company system.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth and timely processing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer/smartphone knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Open for both Male & Female candidates.
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 + Rewards & Incentives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
