Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 Fixed + Up to ₹10,000 Monthly Performance Incentives (Total CTC: ₹12,000 - ₹25,000)

Job OverviewMAA Vashnavi Venture is seeking a proactive, target-driven Telecaller with at least 6 months of experience in telecalling or sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, explaining our services/products, and closing deals or fixing appointments to drive business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists.
• Answer incoming calls from potential customers and address inquiries clearly.
• Pitch products/services effectively and guide prospects through the offering.
• Maintain detailed logs of client conversations, follow-up dates, and lead statuses.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients to convert inquiries into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead conversion, and sales.
• Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 6 months of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Representative, or Inside Sales Representative.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi; basic/good proficiency in English is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive negotiation skills, active listening, and phone etiquette.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, or basic CRM software).
• Salary Structure & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience).
