Job Description
· Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loans, EMIs, and outstanding payments.
· Communicate with customers professionally and explain their pending payment details.
· Follow up with customers for timely payment and commitment.
· Maintain proper records of customer calls, commitments, and payment status.
· Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information regarding outstanding dues.
· Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection and calling targets.
· Coordinate with the field collection team wherever required.
· Update daily calling and collection reports/MIS.
· Follow company policies, customer-service standards, and applicable recovery guidelines.
