Position: Supervisor – Production & Order Coordination

Job Type: Full Time

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

🔹 Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily labour/workforce activities.

- Coordinate with workers and assign work according to daily orders and priorities.

- Monitor order status and ensure orders are completed within the required timeline.

- Maintain proper records of scheduled, ready, pending and dispatched orders.

- Coordinate through WhatsApp groups regarding order instructions, deadlines and dispatch schedules.

- For urgent/same-day orders, coordinate with the concerned workers and ensure timely completion.

- Prepare and maintain daily order sheets, records and basic paperwork.

- Coordinate with workers regarding work instructions, priorities and completion timelines.

- Follow up on production, order completion and transportation/dispatch schedules.

- Maintain smooth coordination between workers and management.

- Monitor day-to-day activities and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.

🔹 Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate qualification.

- Previous experience in Supervisor / Production / Factory / Labour Management / Order Coordination will be preferred.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage workers professionally and provide clear work instructions.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and paperwork preferred.

- Responsible, organized and capable of managing multiple orders and deadlines.

- Comfortable working in a factory/industrial environment.
