Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, inventory, GST/TDS documentation and logistics/dispatch activities.

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel and be able to independently manage accounting and commercial activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
• Manage purchase, sales, expenses, receipts and payment entries.
• Prepare sales invoices, bills, vouchers and other documents.
• Maintain customer, vendor and contractor accounts.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank records.
• Handle GST, TDS, e-invoicing and e-way bills.
• Maintain stock and inventory records.
• Record daily raw material purchases, production and finished-goods dispatches.
• Reconcile physical stock with book records.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Track expenses, production costs and freight costs.
• Coordinate with transporters and arrange trucks for customer dispatches.
• Maintain truck, transporter and dispatch records.
• Track vehicle number, quantity, customer, destination and freight.
• Prepare dispatch and transportation documents.
• Track dispatched material until delivery to the customer.
• Verify transporter bills and freight charges.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, transporters and management.
• Follow up on customer outstanding payments.
• Identify accounting, stock or billing discrepancies and report them to management.
• Coordinate with CA/auditor for accounting and statutory requirements.
• Ensure all accounts and commercial records are updated on a daily basis.

• Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime
• Good knowledge of GST and TDS
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Responsible and detail-oriented
• Experience in manufacturing, contracting, trading or logistics will be preferred

Candidates should be comfortable handling both accounting and logistics/dispatch responsibilities.
