We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy female executive to handle daily office operations, client calling, and digital dashboard updates at our Bhopal corporate office.

Eligibility Criteria (Who Can Apply?):

• Education: Any Bachelor's Degree (All graduates are welcome to apply).
• Core Priorities (Selection Criteria):

Priority 1: Educational Preference & Language Skills (Candidates with a B.Tech, BCA, or BBA degree will be given high preference. Must possess good English & Hindi speaking skills with a clear, confident, and polite phone voice).

Priority 2: Strong Computer Knowledge (Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and setting up Zoom premium links).

Priority 3: Social Media Handling (Comfortable managing official customer interactions on WhatsApp Business and Instagram).

• Experience: 0 to 2 years. (Freshers possessing good English communication and computer skills are welcome!)

Key Responsibilities (Aapko Kya Kaam Karna Hoga):

1. Customer Coordination & Calling: Handling incoming customer leads from digital platforms, making professional calls to explain our platform services, and driving new registrations.
2. Digital Platform Entry: Onboarding service providers on the company portal dashboard, verifying basic vendor paperwork, and maintaining data accuracy.
3. Virtual Operations Support: Managing live interactive sessions, creating recurring Zoom webinar links, and helping trainers manage online student coordination.
4. Daily Database Tracking: Updating daily calling records, sharing secure payment channels (Razorpay links) with interested leads, and maintaining follow-up logs on spreadsheets.

Job Shift, Leaves & Benefits:

• Timings: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM (Regular physical office shift at Mansarovar Complex).
• Working Days: 6 Days a week. Your fixed Weekly Off will be every Sunday.
