Job Description
- Identify and connect with potential clients involved in motor vehicle accident cases.
- Explain the MACT claim process and guide clients regarding the required documentation.
- Collect and verify relevant documents, including FIR, MLC, medical records, bills, insurance details, and other supporting papers.
- Coordinate with clients, advocates, hospitals, police authorities, and insurance companies as required.
- Maintain proper records of cases, client details, documents, and case status.
- Follow up on pending documentation, hearings, settlements, and claim proceedings.
- Assist in preparing and submitting case-related documents in coordination with the legal team.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding their case progress.
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure professional communication.
- Develop and maintain a network of relevant contacts for case referrals.
