About the RoleRamcode Solutions is looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to promote and sell our NFC Smart Business Cards. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to convert leads into customers through outbound calling.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact business owners, professionals, and entrepreneurs through outbound calls.
• Explain the features and benefits of Ramcode NFC Smart Business Cards.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Candidate must own a laptop (Mandatory).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
