Industrial AC Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Industrial AC Sales Executive to promote and sell Industrial Air Conditioning, HVAC, and Cooling Solutions to Rice Mills, Flour Mills, Food Processing Units, Warehouses, Manufacturing Plants, and other industrial facilities. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting site visits, understanding customer requirements, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Rice Mills, Food Processing Units, Manufacturing Plants, Warehouses, and other industrial sectors.

- Promote and sell Industrial Air Conditioning, HVAC, and Ventilation Solutions.

- Conduct customer meetings, site surveys, and product presentations.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable cooling solutions.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Coordinate with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and periodic reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline. Technical qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Refrigeration are preferred.

- Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.

- Exposure to industrial sectors such as Rice Mills, Food Processing, Manufacturing, or HVAC is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to develop and manage client relationships.

- Good understanding of industrial sales processes.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

- Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, HVAC Sales, or related B2B sales roles.

- Fresh candidates with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
