Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Recruit Engineers, Project Managers, Accounts, HR, Mechanical, Store, Survey, Lab, Safety and Site Staff.
- Coordinate interviews and salary negotiations.
- Issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters and Joining Documentation.
- Maintain manpower database.
2. HR Operations
- Employee onboarding and induction.
- Employee file management.
- HRMS maintenance.
- Attendance monitoring.
- Leave Management.
- Confirmation & Probation process.
- Employee transfers.
- Exit formalities.
- Full & Final Settlement.
3. Payroll & Compensation
- Monthly attendance verification.
- Payroll preparation with Finance.
- Salary revisions.
- Incentives.
- Bonus.
- Gratuity.
- Leave Encashment.
- CTC preparation.
4. Statutory Compliance
- PF
- ESIC
- Labour Welfare Fund
- BOCW Compliance
- Contract Labour Act Compliance
