Job Description

  • Manage team of professionals- attendance, kits, salary, daily operations
  • Manage customers - complaints, scheduling, roster, data on excel/sheets, Reporting
  • Hire staff - Ads posting, calling the candidates, Interviewing the candidates, Training the candidates, Paperwork & Onboarding
  • Training - Training new staff, Policy orientation, motivation, staff retention, SOP creation
  • B2B Sales - Connect with local businesses and sell them our cleaning services

Leadership & Management will help you with training & learning the skills required for above work.
