Field Sales Executive

Location – Bhopal, Jabalpur, Indore & Gwalior 

Education – Graduate in BTech, BCA (preferred), Any Graduate (if experienced in Sales domain) must be able to understand the product.

Salary Range – 12000 to 16000 + Incentives 

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR) is a strong plus, especially for candidates transitioning into broader field sales

• Experience in pharma, healthcare, or medical device sales

• Existing network with doctors, chemists, or hospitals in the region

Key Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned territory to meet doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, or distributors (as applicable)

• Generate leads, pitch products/services, and close sales

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights

• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and follow-ups (CRM/reporting)

• Coordinate with the sales team and management on strategy and targets

Requirements

• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory

• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field

• Two-wheeler/vehicle and valid license preferred (if applicable to fieldwork)
