📢 URGENT HIRING – FIELD EXECUTIVES (DEBT COLLECTION)

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Qualification: 12th Pass or above
✅ Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
✅ Good communication and negotiation skills
✅ Willingness to travel for customer visits
💰 Salary & Benefits:
💵 Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000
⛽ Petrol Allowance: ₹2,000 per month
🎯 Additional Performance-Based Commission
📋 Job Responsibilities:
🔸 Visit customers at their homes or workplaces for payment follow-ups.
🔸 Discuss overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
🔸 Achieve assigned collection targets.
🔸 Update customer feedback and visit trails in the CRM system.
🔸 Maintain proper records and submit daily collection reports.
