Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Billing Engineer (Civil) who can independently handle project billing, quantity estimation, measurements and cost-related documentation for construction projects.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and verify RA Bills, Contractor Bills and Vendor Bills.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Take quantities from Architectural and Structural drawings.
- Maintain Measurement Books (MB) and billing abstracts.
- Prepare BBS and steel quantity calculations.
- Perform rate analysis for civil and finishing works.
- Check executed quantities against BOQ and approved drawings.
- Prepare extra-item, deviation and variation statements.
- Handle material reconciliation for steel, cement, concrete and other materials.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors and Clients for quantity verification.
- Track billed value, project cost, balance quantities and work progress.
