Job Description

  • Manage daily back-office operations and coordinate with staff.
  • Monitor LIC premium collection, cheque management, branch work, maturity, and claims.
  • Supervise mutual fund transactions, SIPs, documentation, and client servicing.
  • Manage medical insurance policies, renewals, and claim coordination.
  • Drive business development in LIC, medical insurance, and mutual funds through lead generation, client relationships, and sales growth.
  • Track pending work, maintain records, and report progress to the Director.
