Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

Kritika Creation Mumbai is looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, and team performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in stock handling, sorting, packing, dispatch, and maintaining warehouse discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, segregation, packing, and dispatching orders.
• Supervise warehouse helpers and allocate daily work.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory management.
• Coordinate inward and outward stock movement.
• Ensure orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time.
• Monitor stock availability and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse.
• Conduct regular stock checks and support physical inventory audits.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse safety standards.
• Train and guide warehouse staff to improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in garments, fashion, or wholesale.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Experience in handling and supervising warehouse staff.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain stock records.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25000–₹30000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Accommodation: Available.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Weekly Off: 1 day.
