Job Description
DISOCAL is a trusted Ayurvedic brand dedicated to supporting kidney health through quality herbal products. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and order confirmation.
- Explain DISOCAL products, pricing, and usage to customers.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer records in Excel or CRM.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and feedback.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth order processing.
- Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or healthcare/pharma is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Sales-oriented mindset and follow-up skills.
