Store Executive

The Store Executive oversees receipt, storage, and issuance of factory materials, maintains accurate digital and physical stock records, and coordinates with procurement and production teams to prevent stockouts or delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Receipt & Inward: Check incoming shipments against purchase orders and vendor packing lists, and create Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs). [1, 2]
• Storage & Organization: Organize raw materials and parts in designated warehouse locations using FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO methods. [1, 2]
• Material Issuance: Issue raw materials or consumables to the production floor based on approved requisitions. [1, 2]
• Inventory Control: Monitor minimum and maximum stock thresholds and conduct routine physical stock audits. [1, 2]
• Documentation & Reporting: Update ERP systems (such as SAP MM) with daily transactions and generate inventory consumption reports. [1, 2]
• Coordination: Work closely with purchase, production, quality control, and finance departments to resolve material discrepancies or pending vendor deliveries. [1, 2]

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant or industrial warehouse environment.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and enterprise resource tools like SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
• Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and basic knowledge of factory safety and housekeeping standards.
