Social Media Manager

Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive to manage our social media accounts, create engaging content, grow online reach, and coordinate with influencers and content creators.

Key Responsibilities·       Manage social media accounts, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

·       Develop content ideas, scripts, captions, posts, reels, stories, carousels, and promotional content.

·       Film, edit, and publish high-quality photo and video content.

·       Use editing, VFX, motion graphics, animation, and AI tools to create engaging content.

·       Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.

·       Monitor trends, hashtags, competitors, analytics, and platform updates.

·       Respond to comments and messages while building audience engagement.

·       Identify suitable influencers and creators based on audience, relevance, and engagement.

·       Contact influencers, introduce campaigns, share briefs, and coordinate deliverables.

·       Discuss rates, timelines, content requirements, approvals, posting schedules, links, tags, and discount codes.

·       Maintain influencer records and build long-term creator relationships.

·       Track social media and influencer campaign performance, including reach, views, engagement, clicks, and conversions.

·       Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, copyright requirements, and advertising disclosure rules.

Requirements·       1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, video editing, or influencer marketing.

·       Strong understanding of major social media platforms and short-form video content.

·       Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.

·       Knowledge of VFX, motion graphics, animation, color grading, and audio editing.

·       Familiarity with AI tools for content ideas, scripts, images, videos, voiceovers, and editing.

·       Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

·       Knowledge of social media analytics and organic growth strategies.

·       A portfolio of content, video edits, VFX, AI work, or influencer campaigns.
